Approximately five years ago my husband injured his arm which caused serious injury to his neck and shoulder. Initially he consulted a surgeon who suggested he should return in three months if he was no better!

As he was in severe pain, he immediately decided to contact Alena who managed to see him that afternoon and treated him with acupuncture. The relief he felt was amazing and, after two or three more visits, his pain had totally gone and from then on he had the occasional 'maintenance' treatment.

I have suffered for many months with back pain radiating to my calves and soles of my feet. The pain was a bolting type of pain which I experienced on waking and getting in and out of chairs. The nurse at my GP practice gave me exercises to do but hinted that this was arthritis. None of this helped and having gone through copious amounts of pain relief gel and anti inflammatory medication I went to see Alena. After one session my pain had reduced to nearly gone after the second session it had gone completely after the third session all pain and soreness had gone absolutely.
